Ray did a great job on my victorian slider window and the end result is very professional. We had a number of issues during the process which I think were down to bad luck, but Ray was committed to getting those issues resolved at his own cost and never disputed my concerns. I would happily use Ray again in the knowledge that he is very good at what he does and totally trustworthy.
